39,000 SF core analysis laboratory build out including specialized laboratory casework fume hoods, HVAC and plumbing systems. Scope included addition of a second floor structure, offices, training space, core viewing, CT scan room and custom Dean Stark fume hoods with specialized HVAC. Performed as design build.
